The aim of the class to enjoy the freedom and joy of Bollywood while maintaining the integrity, beauty and structure of classical Indian dance. The class will begin with Yoga, followed by technique and conditioning, concluding with work on semi-classical choreography. This class is prefect for dancers looking for a class with more depth and to improve technique or those who want to learn more about classical Indian dance.
